Brilliant straw colour. Superb example of Verdejo varietal wine with a mixture of tropical fruit aromas and hints of fennel and fresh green grass. Refreshing mouthfeel, full bodied with a slight final bitterness which gives it complexity and the very characteristic personality of wines of this variety. This wine pairs well with fish, shellfish, ham, pasta, chicken and cold meat.
12.5% Alcohol. Screwcap. Unwooded
