Beautiful lime-green hue. A chardonnay with wonderful fresh tropical fruit and hints of lemon drops on the nose. Good firm acidity with a full palate of citrus and melon flavours and a delightfully long finish. Great with grilled chicken, crustaceans and pan-fried fresh fish.
